하위 워크스페이스

Sub-workspaces are separate environments within a single HeyGen account. Each sub-workspace can have its own members, permissions, and settings, making it easier to organize teams, departments, or client work without overlap.

They’re especially useful for:

• Agencies managing multiple clients
• 여러 부서로 구성된 엔터프라이즈 팀
• 액세스 및 권한 관리
• Managing billing and subscriptions
• Tracking API usage
• Keeping resources separated across teams

Depending on configuration, subworkspaces can either share or isolate billing, avatars, API keys, and templates.

하위 워크스페이스에 액세스하기

HeyGen 대시보드에서 본인 이름을 클릭한 후 ‘워크스페이스 관리’를 선택하세요.

Inside this section, you’ll see the Sub-workspaces option.

새 하위 워크스페이스 만들기

To create a sub-workspace, select Create Sub-workspace.

Start by:

• Naming the subworkspace
• 팀이나 클라이언트를 시각적으로 구분하는 데 도움이 되도록 이미지를 추가하기 (선택 사항)

Invite members and assign roles

Next, invite members by entering their email addresses and assigning roles.

Available roles include:

• Super Admin – Full permissions, including managing users, access, and purchases
• Developer – Can create content and access the API
• Creator – Can build avatars, videos, and voices
• Viewer – Can view content but cannot make changes

Configure settings and permissions

After assigning roles, configure the sub-workspace settings.

If Parent Workspace Manages Billing is enabled:

• 하위 워크스페이스는 자체 구독을 직접 관리합니다
• 상위 워크스페이스의 할당량이나 아바타 슬롯을 사용하지 않습니다
• 하위 워크스페이스 소유자는 추가 하위 워크스페이스를 생성할 수 있습니다

You can also choose whether the subworkspace can view API settings.
When enabled, the subworkspace receives its own API key, and usage is tracked independently, making it easier to monitor activity by team or client.

모든 설정이 완료되면, 설정을 마치기 위해 ‘Create Sub-workspace’를 선택하세요.

Once created, seats from the parent workspace are allocated automatically.

구성원을 초대할 때 좌석은 사용 가능한 수에 따라 배정됩니다. 좌석 한도에 도달하면 새 구성원을 추가하기 전에 기존 구성원을 제거해야 합니다.

리소스 및 사용량 관리

각 하위 워크스페이스 옆의 톱니바퀴 아이콘을 선택하면 해당 워크스페이스의 설정과 할당된 리소스를 수정할 수 있습니다.

주요 관리 항목은 다음과 같습니다:

• Avatar slots – Limit how many avatars each sub-workspace can create
• 생성 크레딧 – 아바타 이용료, 동영상 생성, 이미지 제작 및 번역에 사용됩니다
• API 크레딧 – 자동화, 통합 및 API 기반 워크플로에 사용됩니다

Assigning credits per sub-workspace gives admins better visibility, cost control, and flexibility. You can also delete a sub-workspace from this menu if needed.

하위 워크스페이스 간에 에셋을 공유하세요

자산 공유는 HeyGen 전반에서 일관된 프로세스를 따릅니다.

아바타, 보이스, 브랜드 키트 또는 템플릿의 경우 에셋 라이브러리를 열고 해당 에셋의 점 세 개 메뉴를 선택하세요. 그런 다음 ‘공유’를 선택하고, 공유하려는 서브 워크스페이스를 선택합니다.

공유가 완료되면 선택한 하위 워크스페이스에서 해당 에셋을 바로 동영상 제작에 사용할 수 있습니다.

하위 워크스페이스를 사용하면 팀을 체계적으로 관리하고, 접근 권한을 제어하며, 전체적인 관리를 유지한 채로 영상 제작을 확장할 수 있습니다.
