for Travel
Sell the trip. Leave out the filming.
Name a destination or paste the booking link. HeyGen drafts the script, you approve each line, and a video featuring your likeness and voice makes the sales pitch.

This week’s post
We draft the script around the place, the season and the traveller. You review every line before anything is rendered. You sign up first. The same card opens in HeyGen.
Three videos that turn browsers into bookers
Start with a destination, a booking link, or your profile. Each opens as a separate card in HeyGen after you sign up.

Read the story: João LaureanoThree things every travel caption needs
They cover the most common requirements for travel ads in the markets where you sell. Every script is drafted with these requirements in mind.
Your registration number
California, Florida, and other seller-of-travel states require it on your advertising, video included. Add it to the caption or the lower third.

The whole price, or no price
Airfare advertisements must show the total fare, including taxes and fees. These examples highlight travel dates and inclusions, while leaving pricing details to your booking page.
That the presenter is your avatar
One line tells travellers it’s your avatar and protects the trust you built in person.
What you keep
Every line of the script is approved before rendering. A consent video that only your account can use for rendering. The MP4 and script are provided for your records. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA.

What makes a good Meet the Advisor video?
The same details as a good profile: destinations you know first-hand, the travellers you plan for, one speciality, and how to contact you. The script draws these from your public profile link; you can edit the rest.
Do I need to display my seller-of-travel registration number in a video?
Yes, if your state requires it in advertisements. California requires the CST number on all advertising, including electronic media, while Florida requires its ST number on every advertisement. Include it in the caption or the lower third of the video, and check the requirements in your state.
Can I make a destination video without filming there?
Yes. Name the destination or paste the hotel link, read the script, and your avatar presents it. Use footage and photos you have the rights to use, and mention which season and type of traveller it suits.
How do I disclose that the presenter is an AI avatar?
Add a simple disclosure in the caption or within the first few seconds, for example, "Presented by my AI avatar." The FTC’s Endorsement Guides apply to virtual presenters, so make the disclosure clear.
Can I include the price in a Deal of the Week?
You can, provided it is the total price. Airfare advertisements in the US must display the full amount, including taxes and fees, so most advisers list the dates and inclusions and direct travellers to the booking page for the price.
How much does it cost?
You can sign up and create a draft for free. Details of plans and limits are available on the pricing page.
