Oleksandr Kravchenko is the founder of Symmetry Healthy Life, a clinic based in Blackrock, Dublin. With 20 years of experience in professional sports medicine, including working at the highest levels of European football, Oleksandr has built his business around helping people improve their health and well-being.

However, growing a local clinic requires more than providing excellent service. Oleksandr also needs to ensure that people know who he is and remember Symmetry Healthy Life when they require treatment.

Social video has become one of his most important tools for achieving this. Today, content featuring Oleksandr and his team receives nearly 600,000 views each month across platforms, with Meta bringing in the majority of his customers from social media.

HeyGen helps him maintain that presence without making content creation another full-time job.

Overcoming the hesitation to appear on camera

For Oleksandr, creating videos was not always easy.

Originally from Ukraine, he was concerned that his English and accent might make it more difficult to communicate clearly with an English-speaking audience in Dublin. Recording himself required him to work through the script one sentence at a time, pausing, starting over, and finally editing all the individual segments together.

Producing a single video could take an hour or longer.

HeyGen gave Oleksandr another way to communicate. Using his own avatar and voice, he can turn a script into a video without worrying about delivering every sentence perfectly on camera.

“Earlier, I needed at least an hour, perhaps two, for a single video,” Oleksandr said. “Now, it takes just ten to fifteen minutes at most.”

That does not mean concealing who he is. Oleksandr, his team and his clinic continue to feature in his HeyGen content. It simply helps him turn what he wants to say into content that his audience can easily understand.

Creating an entire week’s content in a single sitting

Oleksandr has transformed that faster production process into a repeatable social media workflow.

He uses ChatGPT to help develop his scripts, then imports them into HeyGen to create videos featuring himself and his team. His content includes educational information, along with demonstrations of exercises, stretches and tests conducted at the clinic.

Rather than worrying about creating something new every day, Oleksandr creates his content in batches.

"I prepare social media content for all seven days. I work for perhaps just two hours, and that's all," he said. "It saves me a great deal of time."

He can spend one day creating and scheduling the week's videos, and then turn his attention back to his patients and the clinic.

For someone working in healthcare, those hours are valuable. Oleksandr estimates that the one or two hours he previously spent producing a single video could instead be used to see two or three clients.

Maintaining visibility among lakhs of people

The result is not merely more efficient content production. It is a consistent presence across the channels where potential customers discover Symmetry Healthy Life.

Oleksandr publishes content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms, with Meta being his primary focus.

That visibility is leading to greater awareness in the real world.

Oleksandr regularly hears from customers who recognise him from social media. He estimates that around 30% of his clients come through social media, alongside referrals and B2B partnerships.

For Oleksandr, the goal is not to convince viewers that they are watching AI-generated content. It is to consistently provide them with useful information and remind them that Symmetry Healthy Life is there whenever they need it.

"People need reliable information. They need quality service," he said.

Transforming consistency into business growth

Oleksandr considers that consistency particularly important for a local healthcare business.

People may not need treatment the first time they watch one of his videos. However, by regularly appearing in their feeds with useful information, Symmetry Healthy Life becomes familiar to them. When someone eventually needs treatment, preventive care, or recovery support, they are more likely to remember the clinic.

“If people don’t see you, they forget you,” Oleksandr said.

Now Oleksandr is looking beyond his first clinic. He is adding another specialist to his team and plans to open a training centre, with the long-term goal of expanding Symmetry Healthy Life to more locations across Dublin.

As the business grows, HeyGen enables him to maintain a consistent presence without taking hours away from his patients.

“Just try it, and you’ll realise how much time you can save,” Oleksandr said. “Every hour is valuable.”
