Configura il tuo workspace (per utenti Teams/Pro)

Welcome to HeyGen Academy.
The first step to getting started is setting up your workspace. This process allows you to create and customize your workspace so it’s ready for your team to collaborate effectively.

Accedi alle impostazioni del tuo workspace
Dalla homepage di HeyGen, fai clic sulla freccia accanto al tuo nome nell’angolo in basso a sinistra.

In Personale vedrai il tuo account individuale.
In Workspace vedrai tutti gli spazi di lavoro HeyGen a cui ti sei unito o in cui sei stato invitato.

When you first create your personal account, you’re typically on a free plan. Once you join your enterprise workspace, you’ll gain access to all enterprise features and security settings.

You’ll know you’re viewing the enterprise workspace when you see “Enterprise” in the bottom left corner.

Create and configure a new workspace
To create a new workspace, open the bottom-left menu and navigate to Settings.

Nelle impostazioni del tuo workspace, puoi:

• Enter your workspace name
• Carica un logo
• Aggiungi una breve descrizione
• Configura chi può unirsi all’area di lavoro
• Controlla chi può invitare nuovi membri

Puoi anche abilitare la filigrana assistita dall’IA per applicare una filigrana a tutti i video creati nello spazio di lavoro.

Choose who can join your workspace
You have three options for controlling access to your workspace:

• Chiunque abbia un indirizzo email aziendale può unirsi automaticamente
  Questa opzione è ideale per i team numerosi o per i piani con posti illimitati. Chiunque utilizzi il dominio email della tua azienda può registrarsi, bypassare il paywall, completare l’onboarding e unirsi automaticamente allo spazio di lavoro senza bisogno di approvazione.
• Anyone with your company email domain must request to join
  This option is recommended if you have limited seats or want more control over who joins. Users with your domain can request access, which you can approve or deny.
• Only manually invited members can join
  This option provides the highest level of control and privacy. The workspace is only discoverable by users you invite directly.

Una volta completati questi passaggi, il tuo workspace sarà completamente configurato.
Hai assegnato un nome al tuo workspace, aggiunto il tuo logo e personalizzato le impostazioni per riflettere il tuo brand.

Your workspace is now ready, and you can begin inviting team members whenever you’re ready to collaborate.
