Oleksandr Kravchenko is the founder of Symmetry Healthy Life, a clinic based in Blackrock, Dublin. With 20 years of experience in professional sports medicine, including working at the highest levels of European football, Oleksandr has built his business around helping people improve their health and well-being.

But growing a local clinic requires more than delivering a great service. Oleksandr also needs to make sure people know who he is and remember Symmetry Healthy Life when they need treatment.

Social video has become one of his most important tools for doing that. Today, content featuring Oleksandr and his team generates nearly 600,000 monthly views across platforms, with Meta driving the majority of his customers from social media.

HeyGen helps him maintain that presence without turning content creation into another full-time job.

Overcoming the barrier to getting on camera

For Oleksandr, creating video wasn't always easy.

Originally from Ukraine, he worried that his English and accent could make it harder to communicate clearly with an English-speaking audience in Dublin. Recording himself meant working through his script one sentence at a time, pausing, starting again, and eventually editing all the individual pieces together.

A single video could take an hour or more to produce.

HeyGen gave Oleksandr another way to communicate. Using his own avatar and voice, he can turn a script into a video without worrying about getting every sentence right on camera.

"Before, for one video I needed a minimum of one hour, maybe two," Oleksandr said. "Now it's just ten, fifteen minutes maximum."

That doesn't mean hiding who he is. His HeyGen content still features Oleksandr, his team, and his clinic. It simply makes it easier for him to turn what he wants to say into content his audience can understand.

Creating a full week of content in one sitting

Oleksandr has turned that faster production process into a repeatable social media workflow.

He uses ChatGPT to help develop his scripts, then brings them into HeyGen to create videos featuring himself and his team. His content includes educational information as well as demonstrations of exercises, stretching, and tests performed at the clinic.

Instead of worrying about creating something new every day, Oleksandr batches his content.

"I do all seven days of social media. I work maybe just two hours, and that's all," he said. "It's very safe for my time."

He can spend one day creating and scheduling the week's videos, then turn his attention back to his patients and the clinic.

For someone working in healthcare, those hours matter. Oleksandr estimates that the hour or two he previously spent producing a single video could instead be used to see two or three clients.

Staying visible to hundreds of thousands of people

The result isn't simply more efficient content production. It's a consistent presence across the channels where potential customers discover Symmetry Healthy Life.

Oleksandr publishes across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, with his biggest focus on Meta.

That visibility is translating into real-world awareness.

Oleksandr regularly hears from customers who recognize him from social media. He estimates that around 30% of his clients come through social, alongside referrals and B2B partnerships.

For Oleksandr, the goal isn't to convince viewers that they're watching AI-generated content. It's to consistently give them useful information and remind them that Symmetry Healthy Life is there when they need it.

"People need good information. They need good service," he said.

Turning consistency into business growth

Oleksandr sees that consistency as particularly important for a local healthcare business.

People might not need treatment the first time they see one of his videos. But by continuing to appear in their feeds with useful information, Symmetry Healthy Life becomes familiar. When someone eventually needs treatment, prevention, or recovery support, they're more likely to remember the clinic.

"If people don't see you, they forget you," Oleksandr said.

Now Oleksandr is thinking beyond his first clinic. He's bringing another specialist onto his team and plans to open a training center, with the longer-term goal of expanding Symmetry Healthy Life to additional locations around Dublin.

As the business grows, HeyGen enables him to keep showing up without taking hours away from his patients.

"Just try it, and you’ll understand that you save a lot of time," Oleksandr said. "Every hour is expensive."
