Send a short application via Google Form. Once you are approved, you are in the pool for every big moment.
Post around a moment
When an announcement drops, you get the brief. Post your video within one week of the tentpole moment. There is no pre-approval step, so you can publish the moment you are ready.
How payouts work
Your payout is based on the views your post actually gets.
We'll be using a smart payout system adjusted on engagement.
Views counted in the 7 days after posting. Achieved views only, never estimates.
1K+ followers to join
HeyGen Insiders is open to creators with at least 1,000 followers on one platform.
20K views to qualify
A post needs 20,000 views to be eligible for a payout.
7-day view window
Only the views your post earns in the 7 days after you publish it count toward your payout.
Paid via PayPal
All payouts are processed securely through PayPal. Paid when the window closes. Payouts go out via PayPal once each moment's window closes and submissions are reviewed.
Where you can post
Short-form video, posted within one week of a HeyGen moment going live. Video is required on every platform, including X and Instagram.
1K+ followers on at least one platform. Original video only. Posts must follow the launch brief and its required keywords. No paid search, no blog or SEO-only promotion, no bought or bot views. You can only post once the HeyGen official moment goes live.
