Sub-workspaces

子工作空間是在單一 HeyGen 帳戶內的獨立環境。每個子工作空間都可以擁有自己的成員、權限和設定，方便您在不互相重疊的情況下，清晰地管理團隊、部門或客戶項目。

它們特別適用於：

• Agencies managing multiple clients
• Enterprise teams with different departments
• 控制存取權限
• 管理帳單和訂閱
• 追蹤 API 使用情況
• Keeping resources separated across teams

根據設定不同，子工作區可以共用或分隔帳單、虛擬人物、API 金鑰和模板。

存取子工作空間

在您的 HeyGen 儀表板中，點擊您的名稱，然後選擇「管理工作區」。

在此部分中，您會看到「子工作區」選項。

Create a new sub-workspace

To create a sub-workspace, select Create Sub-workspace.

首先：

• 為子工作區命名
• Adding an image (optional) to help visually distinguish teams or clients

Invite members and assign roles

Next, invite members by entering their email addresses and assigning roles.

可用的角色包括：

• 超級管理員－擁有完整權限，包括管理用戶、存取權限和購買項目
• 開發人員－可建立內容並存取 API
• Creator – Can build avatars, videos, and voices
• 查看者 – 可以檢視內容，但不能進行更改

Configure settings and permissions

在指派角色後，請設定子工作區的設定。

如果已啟用「由上層 Workspace 管理結算」：

• 子工作區會自行管理其訂閱
• 它不會使用主工作空間的配額或虛擬人物名額
• 子工作空間擁有者可以建立更多子工作空間

You can also choose whether the subworkspace can view API settings.
When enabled, the subworkspace receives its own API key, and usage is tracked independently, making it easier to monitor activity by team or client.

全部設定完成後，選擇「Create Sub-workspace」以完成設定。

建立後，系統會自動分配來自主工作區的席位。

在邀請成員時，會根據可用席位自動分配。若已達席位上限，必須先移除現有成員，然後才能新增成員。

Manage resources and usage

在任何子工作區旁邊選擇齒輪圖示，您可以更新其設定和分配的資源。

主要控制項包括：

• Avatar 名額－ 限制每個子工作區可建立的 Avatar 數量
• 生成點數－ 用於虛擬人物費用、影片生成、圖像製作及翻譯
• API 點數－用於自動化、整合以及基於 API 的工作流程

Assigning credits per sub-workspace gives admins better visibility, cost control, and flexibility. You can also delete a sub-workspace from this menu if needed.

在子工作區之間共享資產

在 HeyGen 中共享資產的流程是一致的。

For avatars, voices, brand kits, or templates, open the asset library, and select the three-dot menu on the asset. Choose Share, and select the sub-workspace you want to share it with.

一旦分享後，該資產會立即在所選的子工作區中可用，以用於製作影片。

透過子工作區，您可以組織團隊、控制存取權限，並在不失去整體掌控的情況下擴展影片製作規模。
