Sometimes you may have an avatar or visual that is almost right, but the face needs to be changed. Face Swap provides a quick way to update an existing avatar without rebuilding it from the beginning. It is useful when you want to customize a digital twin, tailor a visual for a specific audience, or create variations for different projects.
Face Swap is available through the Apps menu. Open Apps, select See all, and choose Face Swap to begin. Start by selecting the avatar you want to modify. After you pick the base look, upload a clear, front-facing photo of the face you want applied. The system generates a preview within a few seconds so you can confirm the result before saving.
If the preview matches what you are looking for, save it and the updated version will appear as an additional look under that avatar in your library. If it needs refinement, you can return to the photo step and upload a different image for a more accurate match.
Once saved, the new look is available for use in any project. You can select it the same way you would access any other avatar style inside AI Studio.
